All www.FlightPC.net / www.FlightPC.us custom build computers come with optional 12 month Service Plan. The Service Plan include all necessary diagnostics and testing (including remote testing) on the software and hardware to find out what are the problems and issues with the customer’s computer; fixing those issues and problems with free of charge labor. Benchmarking of user’s computer to find out where are the bottlenecks are, what can be done to speed up the PC, and what are the best ways to upgrade and update the computer. Tweaking and fine-tuning the computer, final goal being – PC is working fast and reliable at all the times. The Service Plan include such tasks, as disk clean up, defragmentation of all partitions, hard drive damaged blocks check and cluster integrity checking, registry scans, operating system patching, “hot fixes” installations, page file managing, and of course anti-virus and anti-worm scans, etc. All the labor, work and repairs are free of charge, and are included in 12 months Service Plan. Installation of anti-virus, anti-fishing, anti-spyware software is also free of charge, and is included in 12 months Service Plan. The only part that the customer is responsible is the purchase of any hardware parts that are defective or go bad, due to different reasons, including electrical surges, etc.

I have been using FlightPC gaming rig for last two weeks. Lots of power and storage in a small package. VERY VERY capable GPU. Sturdy. Built-in WiFi. Super fast HDD. I bought this PC to replace an aging “family” PC. Windows 8, despite it’s awkward interface and learning curve, lends itself as an excellent family PC, especially if you have children. The parental controls and account monitoring are excellent! The Intel processor, architecture and it’s on-board graphics are the highlight of this system’s configuration. Windows is lightning fast and 3D games play wonderfully. I’m playing Battlefield 3 at medium settings and I’m still bumping up various options here and there to get the perfect mix of frame-rate and graphical intensity. My son is playing Microsoft Flight (via Steam), and all settings are on max! Way to go FlightPC.net. I should also note that I paired it with a 1920×1080 IPS monitor and my desktop and games are running in this resolution. 🙂 The Hard drive offers TONS of storage and comes as one large 920GB partition (rest is overhead and hidden recovery partition). Although it does seem a bit pokey to me. It’s rated at 7200 rpm on Sata3, and it does “feel” very fast at all the times. The unit does have out-of-the-box Wifi capabilities. Better than a cheap USB Wifi adapter I had before. NO junkware was installed. I have my unit in a desktop orientation (laying on it’s side). I bought some cheap stick-on rubber feet and the monitor sits right on top. All buttons and features are accessible from this orientation. In closing, I’ve yet to have any issues with the PC from FlightPC.net and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it in an elegant and powerful fashion. It’s got plenty of USB ports (both USB 2 and 3) and seems very sturdy.
